a man who worked hard, cared deeply, and built a lasting legacy through the generations of his family.

Albert Howard Brown, Jr., passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 70. He was born in Poughkeepsie, New York, on January 31, 1956, and carried with him a life shaped by hard work, devotion to family, and quiet strength.

Albert spent many years as a farmer, a calling that reflected his steady nature and strong work ethic. In 2005, he moved to Georgia and began working at The HON Company in Cedartown. He remained there until his retirement, closing his working years with the same dedication that marked so much of his life.

Above all, Albert’s life was deeply rooted in family. He is survived by his daughter, Rachael Jarrell and Jimmy; his sons, Robert Gani and Eleshia, and Timothy Brown Sr. and Kristy. He also leaves behind a cherished circle of grandchildren: Sabrina Lee and Austin, Sierrah Woods and Landen, Dylan Jarrell and Alli, Mackenzie Jarrell and Dylan, Jordan Gani and Ruby, Timothy Brown Jr., Haleigh Cortina, Lacey Brown, and Hayden Gallimore. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren, Brayden Tanner, Kimber Jarrell, Wesley Woods, Willow-Grace Jarrell, Kayden Lee, and Cassie Woods.

Albert is also survived by his brothers, Jimmy Brown and Trudy, Chris Brown, and David Brown; and by his sister, Linda Brown. Each of them remains part of the family story he helped shape through the years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Brown Sr. and Louise Brown, and by his granddaughter, Kylie Brown,Sister in law Gladys Brown all of whom held an enduring place in his life and in the hearts of those who loved him.

Albert will be remembered with love by his family and by all who knew him as a man who worked hard, cared deeply, and built a lasting legacy through the generations of his family. In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated, with no other arrangements.

Care of Albert has been entrusted to In Their Honor Funeral and Cremation Providers.
