Albert Watson Cook, born June 16, 1940, passed away on September 28, 2026. He will be remembered as a good-hearted man whose love for the outdoors was a defining part of his life. He loved deer and bears, and he loved the mountains, places and creatures that reflected the quiet strength and natural beauty he held dear.

Albert also shared a special bond in life as a twin, a connection that was part of his story and remained meaningful throughout the years. Those who knew him will remember a man whose heart was open and whose appreciation for nature spoke to a deep and steady spirit.

He is survived by his brother, William Cook, who carries forward his memory with love.

Albert was preceded in death by his mother, Esther Odom; his father, Norman Cook; and his sister, Ida Cook Blanche.
