IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charles Ernest
Dippel
July 20, 1944 – December 28, 2025
Charles Ernest Dippel, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on July 20, 1944, in Newark, New Jersey, Charles lived a life rich in love, laughter, and adventure.
As a true jack of all trades, Charles navigated through many vocations before finding his stride as the owner of a local vending machine company. His tenacity and dedication to his work mirrored the same passion he displayed in his personal life. He cherished his family above all, and nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his grandchildren and the dogs he loved so dearly. Charles was a jovial soul who could often be found playing golf, cheering passionately for his football team, or enjoying leisurely walks with his faithful canine companions by his side.
His spirit resonated throughout his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Ann Dippel, who was his rock and confidant for so many years. Together, they created a warm and inviting home where laughter echoed and memories were made. He is also deeply missed by his daughters, Barbara Childers and Victoria Dippel, as well as his son Timothy Dippel. The legacy of love and kindness that Charles instilled in them continues to shine brightly. He was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren and a great-grandson, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
Though he is preceded in death by his father, Charles William Dippel, and his mother, Alice Weber, Charles leaves behind a vibrant and loving family who will carry his memory forward.
As we reflect on Charles' remarkable life, we remember his warmth, his joy, and the immeasurable love he shared with all of us. He touched our lives in countless ways, and his spirit will forever remain a guiding light in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Charles. You will be profoundly missed.
