With deep love and gentle remembrance, we announce the passing of Cheryl Cosby, a devoted mother and grandmother, who left this world on February 15, 2026.

Cheryl was, above all else, a mother to her three children, Michael (Connie), Christi (Sean) and Matthew (Jennifer) and grandmother to Brae, Kenley, Caden, Cole, Palmer and Quinn. Her life was defined, not by circumstances, but by the quiet strength, resilience and love she carried for them.

Cheryl was a lover of all things, especially nature, dancing, flowers, animals and people, never meeting a stranger and hugs were a must in her presence.

Cheryl was born in Ohio, grew up in South Florida, raised her family in Georgia, retired to Eastern Tennessee, with her final place of comfort in North Georgia.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time with family. In honor of Cheryl, the family invites you to remember her in your own quiet way – through a kind thought, a shared story, or a simple moment of reflection.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
