Craig K. Wycoff, born on February 5, 1960, in Ohio, passed peacefully on January 18, 2026, at his cherished home, leaving behind a legacy of love, adventure, and indomitable spirit. As an electrician, Craig dedicated his professional life to the art of fixing and building, a testament to his remarkable ability to solve problems and create lasting connections.

A passionate aficionado of the great outdoors, Craig thrived in the company of nature. His love for fishing, hunting, scuba diving, cave diving, motorcycle riding, traveling, and shooting skeet illustrated a life lived fully and fearlessly. Each adventure carved into his memory speaks to an insatiable thirst for exploration and camaraderie, traits that resonated deeply with family and friends alike. Craig was not only a craftsman in his trade but also in life’s adventures, inspiring those who knew him to embrace the wild and beautiful world around them.

Craig’s essence is perhaps best captured in his role as “Paw Paw,” a title he wore with profound pride and affection. His grandchildren—Madison, Tate, Hope, Grace, Luis, and Mateo—were the light of his life, and, as they gather their thoughts and memories of him, they will undoubtedly cling to the lessons imparted during moments spent outdoors. His heartfelt enthusiasm for nature and adventure will remain with them as they navigate their own journeys in life, a testament to the significant impact he had on their formative years.

He is survived by his cherished daughter Crystal Watkins and her husband Dewayne, as well as daughter Michelle Nieves and her husband Jose. Together, they carry forward the warm legacy of love and laughter that Craig fostered within his family.

Craig was predeceased by his mother, Florilla Mae Clark/Wycoff, and father, Roger Kenneth Wycoff, whose spirits undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms as he earned his wings.

Though Craig's absence will be profoundly felt, especially by his grandchildren, it is within their hearts that his adventurous spirit shall forever thrive. He imparted not just skills and knowledge but also a sense of joy and wonder that can be found in the simplest tasks—whether teaching how to cast a fishing line or tending to a garden.

As we mourn and celebrate the life of Craig K. Wycoff, we hold tightly to the memories created, the laughter shared, and the lessons learned. He brought light to our lives, reminding us always to cherish the great outdoors and the bonds that tie us together as family. In the grand tapestry of life, there are threads of his being woven throughout, each marking a moment of love, adventure, and joy that we will carry with us always.
