IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Curtis Tyrone
Jones
December 15, 1966 – March 7, 2026
Curtis Tyrone Jones, born on December 15, 1966, in Nashville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on March 7, 2026. Curtis was a man who deeply valued his eclectic passions, from nurturing his cherished hobby farm to embarking on adventurous travels worldwide with his beloved wife, Stefanie Tietz Jones.
Curtis found joy in every corner of his life. He spent countless hours tending to his hobby farm, where he took great pleasure in building structures and riding on his trusted tractor, surrounded by the gentle bleating of his sheep and the steadfast loyalty of his dog, Niko. The simplicity of these moments grounded him, and they were often accompanied by a sense of fulfillment that only comes from a life dedicated to passion and purpose.
A devoted family man, Curtis was surrounded by love from his surviving family members, including his daughter, Alexandra Jones, who, alongside her partner Patrick, provided him boundless pride. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren, Kinleigh, Jameson, Willow Kate, and Paisley, who brought immeasurable joy and laughter into his life. Curtis cherished the time spent with his siblings, Mat Jones and Febe Jones, and held dear the family connections with his Aunt Deloris Mathis and many cousins.
Curtis was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Wilda Joyce Jones (Mathis), and father, Mathew Glen Jones. Their influence and love undoubtedly shaped the remarkable man he became.
As we honor Curtis Tyrone Jones, let us celebrate a life well-lived. Family and friends are invited to join a Celebration of Life on March 14, 2026, at Cherokee Conference Center at The Bluffs, Canton, GA, starting at 12:00 PM.
