Deborah Joyce Hudgins January 7, 1952-September 22, 2019. Deborah was born in Atlanta, Ga. to Father Hubert Hudgins and Mother Hana Matsunaga. Deborah worked in the medical field as a paramedic. Deborah retired to Ellijay and is survived by her son Jeffery Bernard Hudgins, his wife Kelley and their three beautiful children.
