Denise Ann Horn

Denise Ann Horn, born on April 15, 1958, in Akron, Ohio, passed away on May 6, 2025, in Canton, Georgia. She dedicated 16 years of her life to serving the community through her work at Publix, creating lasting memories and friendships during her time there.

Denise's passion for life was reflected in her diverse hobbies and interests. She found joy in making ceramic dolls, a craft that showcased her creativity and artistic flair. Additionally, Denise was an avid fan of NASCAR and held a deep-seated love for the Ohio Buckeyes, where her spirit was as vibrant as the team she supported.

Denise is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Roger Lee Horn. Together, they built a family that includes their daughter, LeighAnne (James) Gaddis, along with her sons, Donnie and Michael Horn, and daughter Emily (Nick) Sutherland. Denise's legacy continues in her grandchildren, Brooke and Baylee Gaddis, Brittany (Austin) Evans, and great-grandchildren, Coltin and Ella Evans. Her family also includes her sister and brother-in-law, Barb (Larry) Kinder, and Bev (Tom) Head, as well as her brother Bob Campbell and significant other, Stella Blondheim. Additionally, she is remembered by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jerry (Carolyn) Horn, and sisters-in-law, Lynda Taylor and Dot Horn, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Campbell, her mother, Johnnie Campbell, and her brother, Kenny Campbell. Also preceding her in death were brothers-in-law Fred Taylor and Kenneth Horn.

Denise’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit will be cherished by all who knew her. Her enduring influence will certainly resonate in the lives she touched throughout her journey.
