Gwendolyn Marie Province

Gwendolyn Marie Province, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, just shy of her 72nd birthday. Born on January 29, 1954, in Anaheim, California, Gwen filled her life with love, laughter, and joy, weaving a tapestry of memories that will warm the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Gwen’s life was centered around her family. She devoted herself to her children—Christina, Lucas, Nichole, Michelle, and Elizabeth—offering them a foundation of unconditional love and support. Her legacy continues through her precious grandchildren: Zachary, Kayla, Mark, Nadalee, Haley, Blake, Camryn, Isabella, and Meri, who were the shining lights in her life. In her later years, her grandchildren and her beloved cats brought her immense joy and companionship, creating a soothing sanctuary where love knew no bounds.

She cherished the simple moments of watching movies together and engaging with her favorite television shows, using these experiences to foster deeper connections with her family. Gwen’s home was not just a place to reside; it was a gathering spot for laughter, sharing stories, and creating cherished memories. Gwen’s spirit was lovingly complemented by her relationships with those who have preceded her: her late daughter Nichole, and her parents, Stanley Thompson and Marilyn Blum. While they may no longer walk beside her, the bond they shared remains alive in the hearts of those left behind.
