Jeanne Lynn Bommarito, born on August 28, 1946, left this world peacefully on July 15, 2026. Her radiant spirit illuminated the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her, and her memory will remain an everlasting comfort to those she leaves behind.

Jeanne was born in Michigan and raised in California. She attended Huntington Beach High School. She loved to surf, and started working at Disneyland when she was a teenager.

A gifted and creative soul, Jeanne loved sewing, painting, and needlepoint, pouring her heart into everything she made. She was always up for an adventure anywhere, anytime. Everywhere she went, she carried a warmth that reflected her precious Christian values. Jeanne gave tirelessly to others, including in her treasured time working with children in the church nursery. Her laughter, patience, and compassion made lifelong impressions on countless little ones—and their families—who recall her with abiding gratitude.

Though her professional journey took her to Nissan, where she worked before enjoying retirement, Jeanne’s proudest achievement was always her family. Being a mom was the role she cherished above all, and the love she poured into her children and grandchildren left a legacy of care, resilience, and joy. Family gatherings and simple moments brought her the most happiness. Those who carry Jeanne’s memory in their hearts include her son Tony Bommarito and his wife Jana, and her daughter Tari Coop and son-in-law Robert. Jeanne’s legacy lives on in her beloved grandchildren: Ryan Bommarito, Emily Bommarito, Jacob Coop, Alexandra Coop, Tatiana Cirio, Taylor Bommarito, and Trinity Loyd. She was deeply adored by her great-grandchildren: Sophia, Brooklyn, Mackenzie, and Juliana. As well as her brother Stephen and wife Polly.

She joins in heavenly rest with her beloved mother, Dorothy Jean; her sister, Diana Sue; and her son, Joe Bommarito.

Jeanne was loved so dearly by all who knew her. Friends and family recall her as a deeply kind woman, who always wore a smile and whose faith and generosity inspired those around her.
