Larry Scott Beikirch, born on July 11, 1956, in New York, lifted his spirit and heart to the heavens on January 14, 2026, peacefully at his home, surrounded by those who cherished him. A devoted pastor at Abundant Life Church, Larry dedicated his life to serving others with unwavering compassion, kindness, and faith. His presence was a beacon of hope to many, and he possessed an extraordinary ability to make each soul feel seen and valued.

Throughout his journey, Larry exemplified the virtues of forgiveness and understanding, embodying a philosophy of acceptance that resonated deeply with all who crossed his path. His capacity for laughter was boundless; he was known for his humor, often finding joy in the simplest moments, turning life’s tribulations into stories filled with lightness and mirth. Larry wore his heart on his sleeve; his selflessness was unparalleled, giving freely to others even when he himself had little.

Larry was a proud family man, and it was his family that brought him immense joy and pride. He adored his sons, Romeo Anakin Beikirch and Dana Charles Criner, championing their endeavors with all the fervor of a true supporter. He took great satisfaction in recounting tales of family gatherings and shared laughter, and his love extended to his daughters-in-law, Kayla Criner and Kaitlyn Lorenz, as well as his grandchildren — Persephone Beikirch, Atlas Beikirch, Atlas Criner, Christopher Criner, and Evelyn Criner. They were the jewels of his heart, and he cherished every moment spent in their company, reaffirming their worth and capacity for greatness.

In moments of leisure, Larry enjoyed cozy evenings watching television series such as "Murder She Wrote" and "NCIS," reflecting his blend of intrigue and humor.

Larry found great joy in the thrill of sports, never missing a football game and cheering passionately for his beloved Buffalo Bills, exuding infectious enthusiasm that his friends and family admired.

He also celebrated the courage and honor of his brother, a war hero and Medal of Honor recipient, of whom he spoke with profound pride.

Sadly, he leaves behind his beloved mother, Norma Burnell, and father, George Schwartz, and brother, Gary Beikirch who have preceded him in the great journey beyond. Larry’s legacy is one of unwavering faith, humor, and generosity that will forever illuminate the hearts of those he touched. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered, but his spirit lives on in the lives he transformed, the love he shared, and the faith he imparted so freely.

Larry and his family have been entrusted to In Their Honor Funeral and Cremation Providers.
