Lynn Renee Hoover

Lynn Renee Hoover, 64, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away on July 6, 2025 in Villa Rica, GA at the home of her Sister Robyn Smith.

Born in Harrisburg, PA Lynn was known for her warmth and infectious spirit. A dedicated hairstylist for 25+ years and the past 6 years as a Manager at CVS, she brought joy not only through her work but also through her deep love for people.

Lynn had a passion for cheering on her favorite teams, Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Chicago Bears. She attended Graceway Church of Michiana, where she found great comfort and fellowship in her church family.

Affectionately nicknamed “Sunshine” in high school, Lynn lived her life bringing light to others. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard E. Hoover and Patricia Cozatt, her stepmother Donna Hoover-Kephart, and her brother-in-law Bobby Richmond.

She is lovingly remembered by her four sisters: Gale Hoover-Richmond, Brenda Stinson (Bill), Robyn Smith (Vince), and Kim Rondeau (Mike). She also leaves behind beloved nieces and nephews and her cherished fur companion, Mandy.

In keeping with her wishes, there will not be a public service. A private family burial at sea will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Graceway Church of Michiana in South Bend, IN or the ASPCA in Lynn’s honor.

To know Lynn was to love Lynn. Her bright spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed.
