Pamela Joyce Tolbert, cherished owner of an esteemed restaurant and beloved member of her community, graced this world with her vibrant spirit on November 22, 1969, in Atlanta, Georgia. She embarked on her journey through life with unparalleled energy and a passion for nurturing connections around her. As her story unfolded, she became a guiding light, casting warm rays of love and laughter in the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

On August 20, 2025, Pamela's vibrant presence transitioned from this earth in Canton, Georgia, leaving behind a tapestry woven with memories that will forever linger in the hearts of family and friends. Her husband, Jeff Sparks, fondly encapsulated the essence of Pamela when he affectionately stated, “she was my Angel.” In his eyes, she was not just a partner but a heavenly companion who encouraged him to embrace life with the same warmth she exuded.

Pamela’s life was rich with love and devotion, encapsulated beautifully through her family ties. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff, and their beloved furbaby, Pinky Sparks, who brought joy to their home. Pamela’s heart found harmony in the company of her mother and stepfather, Joyce Lee and Kelvin Lee, alongside her brothers, Tim Tolbert and Johnny Tolbert. Each moment shared, each laugh exchanged, added color to the canvas of her life. As an adoring aunt, she took great pride in her nieces and nephews—Chris Tolbert (Caylee), Diana Tolbert Crider, Courtlyn Tolbert, Caige Tolbert, Stephanie Tolbert, and Leesa Tolbert—nurturing them with unbounded affection and instilling in them the same zest for life that she so valiantly embraced.  Pamela will be deeply missed by her brother-in-law, Tony Sparks, as well as many friends and extended family members.

Though the void left by Pamela’s departure is profound, her legacy remains vibrant in the stories told and the countless lives she touched. Her father, Dinky Tolbert, may have passed before her, yet his spirit remains eternally entwined with hers, echoing through the love and strength she instilled in her family.

As we celebrate the life of Pamela Joyce Tolbert, we cherish her indelible spirit, her passion for culinary creativity, and the memories that will continue to illuminate our paths.
