A special thank you to Anita Zachery, Stanley McCoy, Larry Pounds, Terrance Penn, Arrie Angel, SaWan Emerson, R.L. Cousins classmates, Bishop Maddox and the Church of Deliverance family who so willingly stepped in to support Sara throughout the years.

Sara's legacy is further enriched by the remembrance of her beloved relatives who have preceded her in death: her mother, Elizabeth Cook Hood; her father, James Hood; and her oldest sister, Mary Zachery. Their influence and love shaped her life, bringing forth the compassion and strength for which she is fondly remembered.

“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.

And you know the way to where I am going.”

John 14:1-4
