She was also a grandmother to Bee Shepherd (Alfred Shepherd) of Rockmart, Georgia; Akira Cornejo, Olivia Cornejo, Ryland Cornejo, and Sofia Sanchez of Rock Spring, Georgia; and Sam and Alice Lindsey of Aragon, Georgia. She is survived by two great-grandchildren, Nora and Alina Shepherd.
Vivian was married to Joseph Lindsey on March 21, 1984, and he preceded her in death in 2006. She was also preceded in death by two infant siblings, Carol and Douglas, and her brother, Michael DeBoard.
She is survived by her siblings Martha, Brian, David, Janice, and Melissa, as well as special friends who held meaningful places in her life, including her great-aunt Stephanie Thompson, her sister-in-law Patricia Ann Beck, and cherished family friend Connie Lemke.
