The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing in the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Our fee for the basic services of Funeral Director and Staff includes but not limited to:
- 24 hours per day, 365 days per year availability of a funeral director and or staff members to respond to initial request for services, arrangement conference with family or responsible party, and coordinating the arrangements for the service, tribute or gathering.
- Staff to advise, assist and recommend appropriate personalization or individualization of the services to commemorate the unique life of your loved one.
- Clerical assistance in the completion of various forms associated with a service, such as Social Security, Veterans Benefits, and insurance documentation.
- Obtaining and recording biographical information and statistical data.
- Preparation and transmission of obituary notice/editorial tribute in newspaper(s).
- Death certificate preparation, filing and securing the necessary permits, authorizations, consents and assignments.
- Initial caretaking and sheltering of the deceased for the first 24 hours.
- Coordination with those providing other services such as a hospital, nursing facilities, assist living, home/hospice facilities, doctor's office, medical examiner/coroner's office' cemetery, vault services, our crematory, clergy/celebrant, organist, pianist, soloist and other involved in the services and final dispositional/memorialization.
- Administrative services, insurance, facility maintenance, utilities expenses, taxes, legal and accounting fees, record keeping, equipment and inventory expenses and governmental compliance (OSHA, ADA, etc.)
We require the use of licensed personnel to supervise all technical aspects of the services provided to those loved ones placed in our care. The utmost "attention to detail" is taken in all steps of the preparation process. Our facility is OSHA and state compliant. Our personnel and management take their role very seriously and it shows in the dedication to each family we serve.
Embalming is a chemical process that provides temporary preservation of the body and eliminates certain health hazards. The cleansing and replacement of an acceptable "memory picture" is part of the embalming process. This procedure must be completed by a licensed embalmer certified by the state of Georgia.
(If for any reason the un-embalmed remains are to be held at the funeral home beyond the initial 24-hours period in planning of a service, this charge will be applied per day.)
(This, per day, charge will be applied on days when the funeral home is in possession of remains, except for the initial 24-hour period, and any days when visitation or funeral ceremonies occur.)
We believe the services of the funeral home are essential for the family to grieve properly. A personalized service provides a time to say goodbye and just as important, a time for family and friends to remember and pay tribute to a life lived. Everyone leaves a legacy, and it is that legacy that needs to be commemorated.
- Use of our facility for the viewing/visitation/gathering for up to 2 hours
- Visitation with family and friends for an open or closed casket
- Arrangement and display of floral tributes.
- Services of our staff to greet and direct your firends and guests during the complete time of the viewing/visitation/gathering
- Services of our funeral director(s) and staff in coordination and handling the visitation for family and friends at an off-site location providing the same level of service provided at our own location.
- Use of our facilities and equipment for the funeral ceremony for up to 2 hours.
- Coordinating the personalized tribute service with the various participants.
- The service is conducted by a licensed funeral director.
- Staff member(s) to assist the funaeral director with arrangement of the floral tributes, placement of th efamily cars, directing the pallbearers, honorary escort, direction of friends and guests, and placement of the casket/urn for the service.
- Coordination of the procession to the committal site.
- Use of our equipment for the funeral ceremony for up to 2 hours.
- Coordinating the personalized tribute service with various participants.
- The service is conducted by a licensed funeral director.
- Staff member(s) to assist the funeral director with the arrangement of the floral tributes.
-Placement of the family cars, directing the pallbearers, honorary escort, direction of friends and guests and placement of the casket/urn for the service.
- Coordination of the procession to the committal site.
- 10 to 15 minutes of up to 4 family members to view the initial cremation process.
- Use of our equipment for the graveside service for up to 2 hours.
- Coordinating the personalized memorial service with the various participants.
- The service is conducted by a licensed funeral director.
- Staff member(s) to assist ehe funeral director with the arrangement of the floral tributes, placement of the urn for thr service, and direction of friends and guest.
(All transports are based on a 40-mile radius. All transports over 40 loaded miles will have a $3.00 per loaded mile charge. This is based on the distance for the death location to the funeral home.)
This charge includes basic professional services of the funeral director and staff, removal and transfer of the deceased to the funeral home, embalming, transportation to the Atlanta airport and an airtray (shipping tray) for casketed remains. (An additional administrative and storage fee of $650 will be aded to international Forwarding of Remains)
Certain merchandise (casket, shipping container, etc) may be required by the country into which the remains are shipped. You will be informed of those requirements.

This package includes basic professional services of the funeral director and staff, overhead costs; preparation and filing of the dearth certificate; tranfer of the deceased to the funeral home; washing, disinfecting, dressing, and casketing of the deceased; hearse services to the cemetery; and supervision of buial at a local cemetery.
(This charge does not include the use of our funeral home and staff for visitation, ritual, ceremony or any other service. Casket, vault, memorial package, opening/closing of the grave, and cash advances are not included. )
This charge includes basic professional services of the funeral director and staff, transportation from the Atlanta airport, hearse to destination, and readjustment, repositioning, and reapplication of cosmetics.
