Ms. Angela “Angie” Denise Knowles, age 58, of Canton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Angie was born on April 23 1966 in Opelika, Alabama, the daughter of Mary “Phyllis” English-Personette.

A great joy throughout Angie’s life was singing on stage in various bands she was a part of. Also where she met the love of her life Ronald “Steve” Conner (Canton) and had been together for over 30 years.

Every year, Angie loved going to the Native American Pow Wow (Canton) for Mother’s Day weekend. A longstanding tradition with her family. She was an avid lover of flowers, plants and birds.

Angie is preceded in death by her mother Mary Phyllis English-Personette and her daughter Heather Johnson. She is survived by her daughter Hailey Knowles (Cartersville), brother Eric White (Woodstock), sister Jasmin Swaim (Kansas City, Missouri), and granddaughter Laila Barnes. Also survived by several extended family members in and outside of Georgia.

In honoring Angie’s wishes, there will not be a funeral or memorial service. She requested her ashes to be spread by loved ones in places where they’ve gone and created memories together.
